Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once an order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number via email or message.


We ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.


After the order has been handed to the carrier (UPS/Postal Service), the responsibility of delivery lies with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier processing times.


International orders may require customs inspection or clearance which can affect delivery time.


If the tracking shows “in transit”, “customs clearance”, or “delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled.
